Zainteresowania naukowe: konstrukcje bezosobowe w historii języka angielskiego, status podmiotu w historii języka angielskiego, syntaks staro- i średnioangielskich czasowników doznaniowych, pasywizacja w historii języka angielskiego, typologia czasowników staoangielskich, językowe, edukacyjne i kulturowe aspekty recepcji i translacji Psałterza w średniowiecznej i renesansowej Anglii, szkocki Psałterz metryczny, polskie przekłady Psałterza, średniowieczny multilingwizm, semantyka historyczna, monastycyzm średniowieczny, kodykologia i paleografia.
Hobby: zdygitalizowane manuskrypty, wszystko co się w jakikolwiek sposób łączy z Psałterzem i średniowieczem ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem kaligrafii; na deser - stare słowniki i kawa (dla wszystkich;-).
Research interests: impersonal constructions in the history of English, the status of the subject in the history of English, the syntax of Old and Middle English Experiencers, passivisation in the history of English, typology of Old English verbs, linguistic, educational and cultural aspects of the Psalter reception and translation in medieval and early modern England, metrical Scottish Psalter, Polish translations of the Psalter, medieval multilingualism, historical semantics, medieval monasticism, codicology and paleography.
Hobbies: digitised manuscripts, anything to do with the Psalter, all things medieval with special focus on calligraphy; less glamorously, but none the less, old dictionaries and coffee.
