Course objective
The target of the course is to develop the students ability to think strategically and develop plans and strategies in the administration:
C1 - building public knowledge content related to the planning and building policies in administration
C2 - the ability to create and implement strategic documents
C3 - the ability to lead and coordinate the resources of the organization,
C4 - the ability to apply management methods and techniques of management,
Prerequisites
W1 - Knowledge of issues of organization and management in public administration
W2 - Knowledge of public administration
Learning outcomes
KNOWLEDGE
K_W04 has a basic knowledge of the principles of achieving the objectives of the state and their implementation within the administrative policy.
K_W06 Defines and identifies the essence and characteristics of the underlying problems in the functioning of public administration.
SKILLS
K_U01 He can make the observation and interpretation of social phenomena; analyzes their impact on public administration
K_U05 has elementary research skills for identifying legal, political and economic conditions of the functioning of public administration.
K_U10 Can use basic theories to analyze, interpret and forecasting strategies in the areas of public administration properties.
K_U14 able to use the principles and ethical standards for employees nu proper administration of the activities undertaken, perceives and analyzes the ethical dilemmas; expected consequences of specific actions

Course content description
1. Determination of the elements of strategic management
2. The time horizon of the strategy
3. Ways to determine the teams involved in building strategies
4. The division of roles in the teams involved in building strategies
5. Planning work on building strategies and plans in administration
6. Determination of vision and mission strategies and plans in administration
7. Diagnosis Strategy
8. The transition from diagnosis to the strategic objectives
9. SWOT, PEST and PESTER
10. Determination of the strategic objectives
11. socialization strategies and plans in administration
12. The organization works on strategy
13. The structure of strategic documents
Forms of assessment
Fail:
(W) - The student is not able to use basic theoretical classes in order to analyze, interpret and forecasting strategies in the areas of public administration properties.
(U) - Student alone can not solve simple problems, and verify the information benefiting from the various sources of media.
(K) - The student is not able to organize their own workshop.
Rating sufficient:
(W) - The student has an elementary knowledge, knows the selected concepts, principles related to building strategies and planning in the administration.
(U) - The student can independently solve simple problems, and verify the information benefiting from the various sources of media.
(K) - The student understands the need to organize their workshop, but it can not be effectively realized.
Rating good:
(W) - The student is systematic knowledge, know how to use most of the basic theoretical approaches for analyzing, interpreting and forecasting strategies in the areas of public administration properties. (U) - The student can independently solve most of the problems posed in front of him, and verify the information benefiting from the various sources of media.
(K) - Student knows how to work with the group.
Very good:
(W) - The student is systematic knowledge, know how to use basic theories to analyze, interpret and forecasting strategies in the areas of public administration properties.
(U) - The student can independently solve all the problems, and verify the information benefiting from the various sources of media.
