C1: Getting knowledge about leadership in theory and its meaning to organisational practices
Prerequisites
Basics of management;
HR management
Learning outcomes
Have a foundational knowledge on the leadership theories presented in the class.
Develop new interests in leadership. Students who care become engaged in leadership issues outside of the classroom and continue to develop their leadership skills.
Teaching method
Lecture with elements of supervised discussion; team-work; didactic movie.
